The Bavarian light lager "Arcobrau" Mooser Liesl is produced in accordance with the purity law of 1516, and its recipe is kept in secret by the factory. This type of beer has absorbed all the German and, especially, Bavarian brewing tradition, becoming the first light beer in the history of mankind. For its production only malt, hops and natural water are used. The beer has a light, fresh, mild taste with pleasant malt tones and a balanced hop bitterness.
