Our "Schwarzer Adler" is a bottom-fermented dark full beer with an alcohol content of 6.0% vol.
The various selected roasted malts give our dark a deep brown color with a rich malty aromatic character that is sometimes reminiscent of the delicate sweetness of dark chocolate.
In addition to an easily perceptible hop note in the finish and the cream-colored, compact foam, our "Schwarzer Adler" is characterized as a particularly tasty beer specialty.
